What you can expect from this site, and what it does not do. Read it before you send the form rather than after.
What this site is
Fineline Autobody Repairs is a smash repairer, and this is our own website. You tell us about a job here and we come back to you about it.
The work is ours. It is quoted by us and carried out by us, not passed to anyone else.
What happens after you send the form
The enquiry comes to us. We ring you to talk about the job and, if you want one, to quote it.
A quote comes once we understand the job, which usually means seeing it or the photos of it. Nothing on this site is a quote, and nothing on it is an offer to do work at a particular price.
Who is responsible for the work
If you go ahead, your agreement is with Fineline Autobody Repairs. We are responsible for the work, for what we promise you, and for putting right anything that goes wrong with it.
Get the scope of the job in writing before we start, and ask us anything you are unsure about. We would rather answer it first than argue about it later.
What we ask of you
Give details that are correct and that are yours to give. If you are enquiring for somebody else, make sure they know.
Do not use the form to send anything abusive, and do not use it to sell to us.
The site itself
We keep this site up as best we can, and there will be times it is not available.
What is written here is general. It describes the kind of work we do, not advice about your particular job.
Rights you keep
Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where that law gives you a guarantee that cannot be excluded, it applies whatever is written here.
Where this is settled
Victoria law applies to these terms and its courts are where anything about them is dealt with.
